LVL helped me with a porch rebuild and repair in Somerville. From start to finish it was great working with Tyler and Dio. Job completed on time and on budget. In this day and age, it's hard to find reliable contractors and I was a bit nervous to start this job, but I'd recommend them 10 times over. Will use them again for future projects.

Tyler and Dio at LVL have been amazing to work with. I've used them on several renovation projects for my investment properties. What I like best is they are investors themselves so always think in terms of what's best for the owner, not just selling you on the most expensive fix. Highly recommend them to any investor or property owner looking for honest, no BS contractors.
I have worked with Dio and Tyler on a few projects. Most recently they managed a full renovation of one of my apartments in Somerville. They executed well and were able to give me real before/after comps on rentals since they have a broker in house. These guys are awesome and I always recommend them for renos, porch work, etc.
I used LVL for a porch rebuild in Medford and couldn't be happier. The work was to schedule and on budget. Job site was kept clean and communication was clear. I've used a lot of contractors in the past and these guys are the best of the bunch!
